Latest ratings (updated 8 September 2025)

I have implemented a new version of the ratings program, with all calculations backdated to 1985. The new version should be easier to maintain, be more future proof, and also more reliable. You may notice that the range in ratings values is slightly smaller than the previous program (which dates from 2002). Be warned that ratings may spontaneously change in the next few months if I notice a mistake in the program...
